Training update

For those of you who have anxiously been waiting for an update on my training adventure, I’m happy to say it’s going extremely well. The best part is that now about 1.5 years into it I’m really starting to see a change in my body, it’s firmer, better shaped (according to me:-)) and stronger💪.

The past few weeks I’ve done comp training, ie competition training as in first squats, then chest press finished off by deadlifts. Currently hitting 5X5 on 80kg on squats, 5X5 50kg on chest press and a round 5X5 on 100kg on deadlift. So thanks to a great trainer my journey continues😊
