31 Jul Banana pancakes, the healthy brunch option
This weekend I revived an old classic of mine, oatmeal banana pancakes. They’ll keep you full for a long time and they take literally no time to whip up!
Make one pancake by mixing together:
- One banana
- One hand full of oatmeal
- One egg
Fry the pancake in some coconut oil and top with a variety of berries. It you want some moisture and sweetness drizzle over some sirup! Yum yum for a Saturday! After a lazy morning pancake we hit town and stopped along the way for a quick lunch at the Conservatorium Hotel.
