Healthy brunch start of the day 


This weekend I really need to get a serious kick start to some healthy living. The past month of changes and moving set my training and eating back a bit so today I cooked up a simple guacamole on spelt bread. In my nutribullet (or any other mixer you have) I whisked up:

  • Avocado
  • Charlottes or any other onion you have available
  • Tomatoes
  • Salt and pepper
  • Lemon juice

Spread it over a couple of sandwiches and top with some salad and turkey meat. I also sprinkled some linseed for a bit of extra health and crunch. Perfect quick meal before heading to the gym…which of course is what I’m just about to do!
