Sunday brunch bake

Last week I found my long lost Swedish recipe book and I decided to cook up a brunch bake yesterday! It’s a cottage cheese cake. To make it you need:

  • 250g cottage cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 dl wheat flour
  • 1 chopped paprika
  • 1 tsp paprika powder
  • 150g ripe cheese (I like a lot of flavor!)
  • 1 small can of corn
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • Seasoning

Just mix everything up in a bowl, put it in a greased pan and bake it in the oven for 35-40 minutes on 200 degrees. Serve it up with some tomatoes, ham and I also had some ketchup and mustard! Makes for a great start to a lazy Sunday. After this I went to the Seafood Market on Ferdinand Bolstraat but I’ll drop a separate post on this! Geniet!
